Join Us at the Event: "Cyprus Municipalities in the New Digital Era"
The MetaCities project is proud to support the upcoming event titled “Cyprus Municipalities in the New Digital Era,” taking place on Monday, 14 April 2025, from 09:30 to 13:45, at the CYENS Centre of Excellence (Lellos Demetriades Building, Town Hall Square, Nicosia, 1016).
🟢 This initiative aligns with the European Commission’s new action to raise awareness and readiness of European communities for digital transformation. The goal is to assist cities that are at the early stages of their digital journey by providing access to resources, best practices, and training opportunities for developing their own digital strategies.
🤝 The event is organised by the Union of Cyprus Municipalities, a member of the Smart Communities Network, and supported by CYENS Centre of Excellence, in collaboration with the MetaCities project.
This gathering aims to bring together local authorities, stakeholders, and innovation leaders to discuss how Cypriot municipalities can participate in and benefit from Europe’s digital and green transformation.
