METACITIES joins the official Kick-Off of the EH Community!
We’re proud to be part of this important milestone, bringing together Excellence Hubs funded under Horizon Europe to strengthen collaboration, share knowledge, and shape a joint vision for impact across European regions.
The Kick-Off Meeting is the first official gathering of all EH projects, aiming to:
Introduce project representatives and EC officers
Share visions and motivations for joining the EH Community
Present the proposed structure and objectives of the EH Community
Engage in an open discussion on governance, working groups, and future joint activities
During the event, our coordinator presented METACITIES’ scope, regional footprint, and our motivation for joining this vibrant community. We look forward to contributing actively to the co-creation of shared structures, working groups, and future joint actions!
Organised by the EH Community’s Foundational Working Group – including SolarHub, CARBONICA, HERIFORGE, and WaterWise – this meeting marks the beginning of a collaborative journey under the WideningImpacts initiative.
